Tomi Männistö is a professor of software engineering at Aalto University, Finland. His research interests include software architectures, software variability management, and flexible requirements engineering. Männistö has a PhD in computer science from Helsinki University of Technology, Finland. He chairs the IFIP TC2 Working Group 2.10 Software Architecture, and he is a member of the IEEE Computer Society and the ACM.

Varvana Myllärniemi received her M.Sc. in computer science from Helsinki University of Technology in 2005. She is currently working as a researcher in the Preago group, where her research area covers software architectures, quality attributes, and software product families. Her ongoing Ph.D. thesis work concentrates on quality attribute variability of software product families. In addition, she actively participates in various teaching-related activities.

Harri Töhönen (M.Sc. 1994) has an industry background in the areas of telecommunication, software engineering and quality assurance. Before starting his Ph.D. studies in 2009, he worked as a CTO and service development manager at Qentinel Oy. His main research interests cover software intensive service business, service logic, and IS quality.

Eero Uusitalo graduated as M.Sc (Tech) in 2009 at the Helsinki University of Technology, majoring in Software Engineering. He is currently involved in the Safety Requirements Specification and Management in Nuclear Power Plants (SAREMAN) project. Past work and other interests include linking requirements and testing, with a particular focus on the relationship of acceptance testing and requirements engineering.
